“What’s wrong with just being you?”

This month’s post is about self-love. I struggle with body image and confidence issues myself. Some days I feel hotter than Kate Moss, other days I feel like Susan Boyle pre-Britain’s got talent. But if you feel comfortable in your own skin then there is no issue. Equally, if you want to change and improve yourself then that’s ok too. Being yourself is the best thing you can be. Love yourself because you are perfect just the way you are.
